Correction requests should identify the public file, disputed statement, supporting evidence, and requested correction.

Corrections, clarifications, updates, and editor notes should be handled as part of the public record. Good-faith correction requests are reviewed even when no change is ultimately made.

Missing contextExplain the material context that should be added and provide documents or source links where available.

Attribution issueIdentify disputed sourcing, credit, rights, caption, or quotation concerns.

Record updateProvide the new public record, filing, judgment, agency notice, or official update.
